Glaucoma Assessment

Early detection is critical to prevent vision loss with glaucoma, a disease that takes away our peripheral vision. We are now able to detect glaucoma in its early stages and can measure the amount of healthy tissue at each visit to watch for any changes. If an immediate family member has glaucoma, you have a 25% chance of developing the disease as well.

Unfortunately, most people don’t realise they’ve got glaucoma until it’s too late. So even if you think you’ve got the “best peripheral vision on the block”, it’s not going to hurt to get tested!
